Last updated: March 22, 2026
The Short Version
By using Opulon, you agree to these terms. We provide a managed API gateway for AI models. You are responsible for your API keys and usage. We do not store your conversation content. Usage is subject to limits configured by your administrator.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Opulon API (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Opulon API, developed and designed by Brid Network.
2. Description of Service
Opulon API is an AI API gateway that provides managed access to AI language models through a compatible API interface. The Service includes API routing, key management, usage tracking, rate limiting, a customer dashboard and related tools.
3. API Key and Account
- You receive API keys through Opulon directly or an authorized administrator
- You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential , do not share it publicly or embed it in client-side code
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API key
- We reserve the right to revoke or disable any API key at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including suspected abuse or violation of these terms
- If your key is compromised, you can rotate it instantly from your dashboard , your plan and configuration will be preserved
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, token budgets, or other usage restrictions
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying infrastructure of the Service
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
- Send unsolicited bulk messages or spam
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Share, resell, or redistribute your API key without explicit written authorization from Opulon
5. Usage Limits
The Service enforces per-key usage limits including token budgets (5-hour rolling windows) and rate limits (requests per minute). These limits are configured at the time of plan purchase and may vary by plan. When limits are reached, requests will be rejected with a 429 status code until the window resets. We are not liable for any disruption caused by reaching usage limits.
6. No Content Storage
The Service operates as a transparent gateway. We do not store, log, or retain the content of your API requests or responses. Prompt text, messages, images, file contents, and model outputs pass through our servers and are not persisted. We only store minimal operational metadata necessary to enforce usage limits: token counts, timestamps, model names and HTTP status codes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime, latency, or service interruptions.
8. Third-Party AI Providers
The Service routes requests to third-party AI model providers. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content policies, or any changes to their APIs or pricing. Your use of AI models through the Service is also subject to the terms and policies of those model providers.
9. Billing and Plans
Plans are purchased for fixed durations (7 days or 30 days depending on plan). All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Plan expiry dates are communicated at purchase and visible in your dashboard. You will receive an email reminder 2 days before your plan expires. Renewal is available via the same purchase process.
10. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you send through the Service. We claim no ownership or license over your prompts, messages, or the AI-generated outputs you receive. The Opulon name, logo, website and product are the property of Brid Network and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opulon API, Brid Network and their operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be available without interruption, or be free of errors.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
